If you have forgotten the email address or password for your CEB account, or if this is your first time logging into your CEB account, you've found the right video. If you know which email address your account is associated with and you still have access to that email inbox, on the login page at research dot CEB dot com, enter that email address. Click continue, then click forgot password. You'll need to enter the email address one more time and follow the instructions in the email that was just sent from CEB. If you don't see an email in your inbox, try searching for a message from customer underscore service at c e b dot u c l a dot e d u. It may have ended up in your junk or spam folder. If you aren't sure which email address your account is associated with or you no longer have access to that email inbox, contact our customer support team via phone, email, or chat. The phone number and email are listed in the bottom right corner of the login page. This is also where you will find our chat feature on all CEB pages. When speaking or chatting with our customer support representative, you'll need to provide your CEB email address if you know it or your bar number.
