The Family Law Navigator Plan adds professional development by including CLE Passport, giving you unlimited access to the CEB Learning Course Library, a perfect complement to the Family Law Hub. You can find a list of the latest Family Law CLE programs at the bottom right of the Hub overview page, or you can view all CLE programs by going to the Learning module using the navigation menu in the upper left corner. With over eight hundred California specific courses created by leading judges, attorneys, and experts, including over one hundred hours of content dedicated to family law, quality professional development is easier to access than ever. The Learning Overview page gives you a snapshot of how many credits you've earned through CEB, when they need to be reported to the bar, which CEBMCLE plan you are on, any courses you've partially completed, and courses recommended just for you based on any practice areas you have selected in your account profile. To find a course, you can browse the CLE Catalog tab, which puts the newest courses at the top and does not automatically filter for practice area. All our courses are regularly reviewed to ensure even our oldest programs are still accurate and relevant. Any course that no longer meets the criteria is removed. CLE Pass Passport also includes complimentary access to all CEB Learning Institutes, including the annual Family Law Year in Review with Garrett Daily, Judge Mark Ujas, and Gillian Duggenherd. The most recent program is available to watch on demand. While browsing, a quick glance at each course snapshot gives you a brief description, tells you the course practice area, the MCLE credit hours available, any LSCLE credits available, and any special requirement credits that course satisfies. You also have the option to add the course to your watchlist. You can find your full watchlist using the watchlist tab under the search bar. You can narrow your view of the course catalog by practice area, year recorded, special requirements, and specialization credit on the left. If there is a specific topic you are interested in, use key terms or natural language to search our catalog. Like on the legal research modules, the search filters are accessed by clicking filter search near the search bar. You can then narrow your results with the same filters as browsing the course catalog. Another great way to find relevant courses is to browse our CLE collections tab. Our compliance collections are curated packages that satisfy all California State Bar requirements tailored to a specific practice area. Our other collections include past live webinar institutes, Essential Skills and Basics collections, and collections with courses that complement each other. Some collections that might be particularly useful for family law attorneys include the Essential Insights for the Family Law Practitioner, Family Law Boot Camp, and Minors Council Collections. On the Credits and Certificates tab, we track how many MCLE and LSCLE credits you've accrued using CEB and which special requirements you've fulfilled. This page is also where you can find and print all your CEBMCLE certificates organized by compliance period. Note that all courses available on the CEB Learning Platform qualify as participatory credit. At the top, we note your compliance group and reporting deadline. Your listed compliance group is defaulted to group one, two, or three based on the first letter of your last name at the time your CEB account was created. If that does not correctly reflect your compliance group, let us help you accurately track towards your reporting deadline by updating this field. You'll be taken to your account profile where you can update your bar number and MCLE compliance group. If you are a certified legal specialist in any of the six practice areas we offer LSCLE credit for, including family law, you can add those here to also track your specialization credits earned through CEB. Whether you're looking to complete your MCLE requirements or to expand your knowledge, we have you covered. Check out our library today.
