James K. Andrade

James Andrade's areas of practice include private client wealth planning and management, private client and fiduciary disputes, and elder financial abuse, while also advising on various business, ownership, and succession issues. He has represented companies, financial institutions, professional fiduciaries, trustees, administrators, executors, heirs, beneficiaries, and creditors in litigation matters and in the administration of trusts and estates. A graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Economics, Mr. Andrade earned his J.D. from the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where he also received a certificate from the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law. He is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law in California, and is admitted to practice in California and Texas.

Rachelle Cohen has over 20 years experience specializing in business transactional law for companies across a broad range of industries. She also assists individuals and families with estate planning/administration and lawyers and law firms with transactional and legal ethics issues. Ms. Cohen currently practices with Valensi Rose, PLC and previously practiced with Kehr, Schiff Crane & Cohen, LLP. She earned her law degree at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and her bachelor's degree at Cornell University. Ms. Cohen has served as the chair of the Corporations and Partnerships and Limited Liability Company Committees of the California Lawyers Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee. She is also a member of the CLA Ethics Committee.
