Rachelle Cohen has over 20 years experience specializing in business transactional law for companies across a broad range of industries. She also assists individuals and families with estate planning/administration and lawyers and law firms with transactional and legal ethics issues.
Ms. Cohen currently practices with Valensi Rose, PLC and previously practiced with Kehr, Schiff Crane & Cohen, LLP. She earned her law degree at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and her bachelor's degree at Cornell University.
Ms. Cohen has served as the chair of the Corporations and Partnerships and Limited Liability Company Committees of the California Lawyers Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee. She is also a member of the CLA Ethics Committee.
