John Hyland focuses his practice on all areas of employment law, providing advice and counseling to companies throughout California and the United States and representing companies in state and federal court actions. He has extensive experience in a wide range of employment law matters, including wrongful dismissal, discrimination, harassment, disability law, employee privacy, employee leaves, wage and hour issues, and restrictive covenants. Mr. Hyland has represented clients in jury trials and arbitrations and has argued cases before the California Court of Appeal.
