Mr. Hudnell has successfully represented clients in patent trials in federal court, secured numerous favorable settlements and dismissals, and handled post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial & Appeal Board. In addition to litigation, he advises clients on protecting and monetizing intellectual property, negotiating technology agreements, and managing patent litigation risk. Prior to founding HLG, he was a principal in the New York office of Fish & Richardson P.C.
