Updated March 2026: Anabella Bonfa is an experienced business litigator whose practice focuses on breach of contract and business-related torts. She represents clients across a range of industries — including sales, manufacturing, service businesses, and multi-level marketing — in complex disputes involving partnership conflicts, theft of trade secrets, unfair competition, and fraud. Her cases frequently involve allegations related to the misuse of customer data, pricing information, supply lists, marketing strategies, and other confidential business information.
Ms. Bonfa’s work often includes extensive discovery practice, particularly electronic discovery and forensic analysis of data from computers and electronic devices. In addition to representing clients directly, she also consults with other counsel on complex discovery and motion practice. A frequent lecturer on discovery and litigation strategy at institutions including Chapman University and Whittier Law School, Ms. Bonfa was also named the 2016 Women’s Advocate of the Year. Her litigation successes include securing multi-million-dollar settlements, obtaining temporary restraining orders in trade secret and non-compete disputes, and achieving dismissals in high-stakes business litigation cases.
