CEB's learning platform is a great complement to your digital legal research subscription. Whether you're looking to complete your MCLE Whether requirements or just looking to expand your knowledge, we have you covered with over eight hundred California specific courses created by leading judges, attorneys, and experts. The Learning Overview page gives you a snapshot of how many credits you've earned through CEB, when they need to be reported to the bar, which CEB MCLE plan you are on, any courses you've partially completed, and courses recommended just for you based on any practice area you have selected in your account profile. If you do currently an MCLE plan with CEB, you will be shown your options on this page. To find a course, you can browse the CLE catalog tab, which puts the newest courses at the top. All our courses are regularly reviewed to ensure even our oldest programs are still accurate and relevant. Any course that no longer meets the criteria is removed. While browsing, a quick glance at each course snapshot gives you a brief description, tells you the course practice area, the MCLE credit hours available, any LSCLE credits available, and any special requirement credits that course satisfies. You also have the option to add the course to your watchlist if it catches your eye. You can find your full watchlist using the watchlist tab under the search bar. You can narrow your view of the course catalog by practice area, year recorded, special requirements, and specialization credit on the left. If there is a specific topic you are interested in, use key terms to search our catalog. Like on the legal research platform, the search filters are accessed by clicking filter search near the search bar. You can then narrow your results with the same filters as browsing the course catalog. Another great way to find relevant courses is to browse our CLE collections tab. We have compliance collections where we've curated courses that satisfy California State Bar requirements and tailored them to specific practice areas. Other collections we have include past live webinar institutes, Essential Skills and Basics collections, and collections with courses that complement each other. While all our collections are regularly reviewed and updated, some of our collections are added to monthly, like the California Supreme Court Review and monthly case law update series covering criminal law, land use in CEQA, and real estate. On the credits and certificates tab, we track how many MCLE and LSCLE credits you've accrued using CEB and which special requirements you fulfilled. This page is also where you can find and print all your CEBMCLE certificates organized by compliance period. Note that all courses available on the CEB learning platform qualify as participatory credit. At the top, we note your compliance group and reporting deadline. Your listed compliance group is defaulted to group one, two or three based on first letter of your last name at the time your CEB account was created. If that does not correctly reflect your compliance group, let us help you accurately track toward your reporting deadline by updating this field. You'll be taken to your account profile where you can update your bar number and MCLE compliance group. If you are a certified legal specialist in any of the six practice areas we offer LSCLE credit for, you can add those here to also track your specialization credits earned through CEB. We have different options to access the CEB learning content for individual attorneys and firms or organizations. Find which plan is right for you at CEB dot com.
