Jo Ann Woodsum practices Commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants throughout California and Nevada. Educational History • Dartmouth College, BA, History (1983) • University of Pennsylvania Law School (1986) Ms. Woodsum is a frequent presenter on commercial leasing topics. She is a regular editor of the CEB retail and office leasing handbooks. Ms. Woodsum advocates for the advancement of women in the legal profession, and has launched and successfully curated the Women In Leasing Law initiative to support, educate and promote women in commercial real estate leasing, which is now in its 9th year. In addition, she offers commercial leasing e-courses including a course on using the AIR lease form (1 hour of MCLE) and a course on introduction to commercial leasing (10 hours of MCLE).
