Todd Wenzel focuses his practice on real estate and real property transactions and disputes. His clients typically include property owners, buyers and sellers of real estate, landlords and tenants, and others with an interest in residential or commercial real property. After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles and law school from Southwestern University in Los Angeles, Mr. Wenzel practiced primarily as a litigator in a variety of disputes. He began to focus his practice on real estate and real property disputes when he moved to San Francisco in 2000 and worked for Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley for 14 years, before joining Gaw Van Male LLP in Napa in 2014. Since 2016, Mr. Wenzel has provided real estate and real property legal representation to North Bay clients from Wenzel Law, a sole proprietorship. Mr. Wenzel has provided scores of legal presentations to the real estate community throughout the San Francisco Bay Area since 2000. He has also contributed articles to legal publications such as the Daily Journal and legal magazines.
