Everett Green
Trial Attorney
Everett L. Green currently serves as a senior trial attorney for the US Department of Justice, Office of the US Trustee and specializes in bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Green graduated, with honors, in history from University of California, Berkeley and received a J.D. from Stanford University School of Law. He clerked for the Honorable Jack B. Schmetterer in the US Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Green has published articles for Westlaw’s Commercial Financial Newsletter and Bankruptcy Reporter. He previously served as the chair of the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers’ Association and on the Small Business Reorganization Task Force of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
