Judge Bret Hillman is a civil trial judge in Tulare County. He also hears the probate calendar and long cause family law matters. Judge Hillman practiced law for 24 years before being appointed to the bench. His practice focused on business transactions and litigation; real estate transactions and litigation; probate; and estate planning. Judge Hillman has served as the Presiding Judge in Tulare County, the Assistant Presiding Judge, and has acted as Supervising Judge for the civil and family law division.
