Stephen C. Gerrish

Steve Gerrish's practice emphasizes strategic counseling, with a focus on employment and the inter-related issues involving employees, investors, officers, directors, and all aspects of employment dynamics, from hiring through operational counseling and termination. Mr. Gerrish attended Willamette University where he obtained his BA, J.D., and was a member of the Willamette Law Journal. He also has considerable experience in litigation, arbitration, and mediation of disputes in a variety of areas, with the goal of being efficient and practical. Mr. Gerrish has been a lecturer for CEB in civil procedure, employment, and wrongful termination. He has also been a contributing author to the CEB on employment law and wrongful termination.
