Joel Spann is an Of Counsel in Stinson LLP’s Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits group. His practice includes representing employers across a wide range of labor and employment issues, from providing practical, solution-focused counseling to defending complex litigation. Mr. Spann has advised numerous employers throughout the nation regarding employment policies and practices, and drafted and revised their employee handbooks to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws.
