Mark D. Guenzi

Mark D. Guenzi received his BA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Early in his career, he was employed by the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office in the criminal law and civil liability divisions. Mr. Guenzi is currently an assistant chief counsel with the California Department of Transportation in Oakland, specializing in civil litigation, government tort law, eminent domain, and trial practice.
