Spiegelman Law handles wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment law matters. Taking a holistic, intersectional approach to his advocacy, Samson Spiegelman centers his clients’ perspectives to effectively represent them in employment disputes of all kinds. Mr. Spiegelman, plaintiff’s employment attorney, launched his Los Angeles-based law firm in 2022 after several years practicing with the most highly regarded attorneys on both the plaintiffs’ and defense sides. He is trained in queer theory, critical race studies, and critical feminist theory. Mr. Spiegelman studied queer theory and gender & sexuality studies at Tulane University, and is a graduate of UCLA Law’s Critical Race Studies program.
