P. Bobby Shukla is the principal at Shukla Law P.C. She is an experienced trial lawyer who exclusively practices employment law on behalf of employees, specializing in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, and pay equity. Ms. Shukla is a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where she was a founding member of the Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal and graduated as a Public Interest Law Scholar. Since 2022, Ms. Shukla has been selected as one of the Top 100 Northern California lawyers, as well as one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Northern California by Super Lawyers. She had previously been selected as a Super Lawyer or Super Lawyer Rising Star every year since 2009. Ms. Shukla regularly speaks and publishes articles on the topics of employment law and trials.
