Pat Gregory works on complex legal matters at both the trial and appellate level. He has briefed and argued numerous matters in state and federal court in California, as well as in several other states.
Melina Manetti
Associate
Melina Manetti focuses her practice on class action and complex litigation matters. She primarily defends leading carmakers in automotive product liability and warranty cases. Ms. Manetti also handles complex business disputes, including breach of contract and insurance-related litigation. She defends clients in both federal and state courts as well as in MDLs and state-court-coordinated proceedings, and has experience handling matters at every phase, from pretrial counseling and motion practice to appeals. Ms. Manetti is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she served as an associate editor for the UCLA Law Review and as a staff editor for the UCLA Women’s Law Journal. While in law school, she clerked for the Contra Costa County District Attorney and the Los Angeles County District Attorney, where she worked on matters related to consumer protection and environmental regulation compliance. Ms. Manetti contributed to American Bar Association's “A Practitioner's Guide to Class Actions,” third edition, as co-author on chapter regarding food and beverage class actions. She has also contributed to the CEB’s “Tort Damages Updates” in 2022 and 2023.
