Shannon Lamb provides proactive and preventative legal guidance to individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations, and boards in a range of matters and industries. With 25 years of experience in the legal field, she has successfully negotiated and resolved over 2,500 matters, many before a lawsuit was filed. Ms. Lamb graduated from Loyola Law School in 2000, continuing her education at Berkeley Law's General Counsel Institute where she honed her skills in technology, corporate governance, and strategic leadership. She remains an avid student of the law, participating in over 150 hours of continuing legal education in 2022. Litigation avoidance and early dispute resolution are vital aspects of Ms. Lamb’s practice and she frequently speaks and writes about these important topics. She currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer for the Orange County Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution section, as well as a settlement officer for the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
