Flavia Santos Lloyd is the founder and Managing Attorney at Santos Lloyd Law Firm, PC, which she established in 2016. With over two decades of experience, her practice focuses on complex family and employment-based immigration cases, particularly extraordinary ability cases. Beyond her legal work, she is an educator, teaching California Bar Exam subjects and Immigration Law at various institutions. Ms. Lloyd also contributes to scholarly activities by writing research papers and presenting at national and international conferences. Ms. Lloyd is the Managing Attorney at Santos Lloyd Law Firm, P.C., where she leads a team of over 50 professionals and manages a high-volume immigration law practice. Her expertise spans a range of visa categories, with a focus on O, P, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions. She has also taught law at institutions, providing instruction on various legal subjects. Ms. Lloyd holds a J.D., a MA in International Relations, and several leadership certificates from Harvard Law School.
