Jeff Fillerup is a business litigator with experience in trying cases in federal court, superior court, and bankruptcy court. His substantive areas of expertise include corporate, franchising, bankruptcy, and breach of fiduciary duty law. Mr. Fillerup has been a litigation partner at many top national law firms including Luce, Forward, McKenna Long, and Dentons. Mr. Fillerup is the author of Chapter 8, “Litigation of Breach of Fiduciary Duty Claims,” in CEB's treatise “Understanding Fiduciary Duties in Business Entities.”
