Robert Richardson has over 40 years of private practice experience as an advocate for businesses and individuals primarily in the areas of real property (commercial) leasing and property management, landlord/tenant, real property, construction, and business disputes. His litigation experience includes contract enforcement and interpretation, as well as commercial lease matters, including lease negotiations drafting, and dispute resolution for both landlords and tenants. Mr. Richardson represents commercial property owners in a broad range of transactions involving shopping centers, retail, commercial, and industrial buildings. Mr. Richardson is the founder of Richardson Law Firm. Mr. Richardson is an update author for the CEB publication, "Office Leasing," and consultant for the CEB publication, "Retail Leasing."
