Shaana A. Rahman

Shaana Rahman is a civil trail attorney representing clients who have been seriously injured as motorists, pedestrians, or cyclists. A significant part of her practice is devoted to actions against public entities in cases involving dangerous conditions of public property. Ms. Rahman has been recognized as a Super Lawyer for Northern California, maintains an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell, and writes and lectures on civil trial practice. Ms. Rahman received her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1997, graduating with distinction as a Public Interest Law Scholar. Prior to attending law school in 1993, she received a BS in Political Science from Santa Clara University. Before establishing her own firm in 2007, Ms. Rahman worked in private practice at civil litigation firms.
