Paul Walsh is an admitted member of the State Bar of California and the Association of Defense Counsel Northern California. He helps create forums for collaboration between construction attorneys, claims professionals, third party administrators, and industry leaders and ongoing training in the construction litigation field. Mr. Walsh has successfully represented his clients through jury trial, binding arbitration, mediation, and successful argument before the California Court of Appeals. Educational & Employment History • BS from University of California, Santa Barbara • J.D. from University of the Pacific, with honors and a Certificate in Governmental Affairs • Manages a team of construction defect lawyers handling all type of claims, losses, contracts, and risk management issues facing builders and subcontractors Ms. Walsh is a contributing author to “Chapter 14 Construction Defects: Case Management and Mediation” in the CEB Hornbook, “California Construction Contracts, Defects and Litigation.” He is a contributor to CEB online training seminar content.
