Mediator and Arbitrator
Judge Patrick O'Hara is presently employed as a mediator and arbitrator in all litigated civil matters. Judge O'Hara graduated from McGeorge School of Law in 1976. He became a deputy district attorney in Tulare County in 1977, becoming the assistant district attorney in 1982. Judge O'Hara was appointed to the bench in 1985, where he was elected as presiding judge on six separate occasions. He served as an assigned judge for three years after his retirement in 2008. Judge O'Hara opened his private practice in mediations and arbitrations in 2012.
