Carolina Aricu
Senior Associate
Carolina Aricu is a senior associate in the Business Group of the San Francisco firm of Niesar & Vestal LLP. She focuses on the representation of entities throughout their lifecycles, and counsels them on a wide range of legal and business issues relating to formation, governance, mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and other corporate matters. Ms. Aricu graduated with an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and also holds two Certificates of Specialization from the same law school: a Certificate in Business Law and another Certificate in Law and Technology. She also graduated with honors with a French Master of Laws in International Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Ms. Aricu is co-author of the California Limited Liability Company Forms and Practice Manual, published by Data Trace, and supplemented annually. She has had the opportunity to be involved in various speaking engagements. In particular, Ms. Aricu chaired and moderated the Corporate Transparency Act program at the 2024 Business Law Fall Meeting of the American Bar Association in San Diego.
