Adrian Gerard Driscoll
Senior Trial Counsel
Adrian Driscoll is a Senior Trial Counsel in the San Francisco office of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley and Feeney, and practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and appeals. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of San Francisco, where he taught discovery practice and is retired from service as a Staff Judge Advocate (General Counsel) in the Judge Advocate General's Corps, United States Army Reserve. Mr. Driscoll received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1980, and his BS from the University of California, Davis in 1977. He holds Certificates in Health and Hospital Law from Seton Hall University, and in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the University of California (Berkeley Extension). Mr. Driscoll is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
James Antone Lassart

Jim Lassart practices civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. He is an experienced trial attorney in both state and federal court. Mr. Lassart graduated from Santa Clara University as an undergraduate, and then from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He tried serious felonies while in the San Francisco District Attorney's Office and also the coordinator of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement unit of the Northern District of California. Mr. Lassart was a partner at RMKB and is currently a partner with Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney. He is a retired Brigadier General in the US Army Judge Advocate General Corp.
