Myron Moskovitz and Moskovitz Appellate Team consist of several former appellate judges and law clerks. Their success rate for appellants (over 60%) is more than three times the statewide average. They handle and consult on civil appeals and writs, state and federal. Moskovitz Appellate Team also evaluates potential appeals, review draft briefs, and hold moot courts to prepare counsel for oral argument. Educational & Employment History • Graduate of U.C.
