Antonio Maldonado is an attorney licensed to practice law in California, New York, as well as in the country of Mexico. His practice is primarily focused on United States-Mexico cross-border business disputes and cross-border trusts and estates disputes. Mr. Maldonado obtained his license to practice law in Mexico in 2000, in New York in 2003, and in California in 2005. He currently practices law both in Mexico and in the US. Mr. Maldonado is a partner of the law firm Maldonado Myers LLP, which keeps offices in San Diego, California and Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. Mr. Maldonado has served as an expert witness on Mexican Law in US litigation matters many times in both state and federal courts. He is an active member of the Board of Directors and a Master member of the Hon. William B. Enright Inn of Court, an American Inns of Court chapter based in San Diego.
