Philip Borowsky

Philip Borowsky is an experienced trial lawyer in the fields of business litigation, employment law, and personal injury law. He is also an experienced arbitrator serving for more than 30 years on the commercial and employment panels of the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Borowsky served as a managing partner of a large San Francisco personal and business litigation firm before starting his own practice. He received a BA from University of California, Los Angeles and his law degree from University of San Francisco, where he was a member of the Academic Honor Society and Law Review. Mr. Borowsky has been chosen as a Super Lawyer in the field of business litigation every year since 2005. He is a fellow of the Litigation Council of America, and has maintained an AV rating from Martindale-Hubble for more than 30 years. Mr. Borowsky has frequently lectured and written for CEB. He has also lectured for the Practicing Law Institute and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
