Eric Yamamoto has practiced in the Los Angeles area for over 48 years, emphasizing probate, conservatorship, trust administration, and estate planning. Mr. Yamamoto has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Loyola Law School. In his 48 years of practice, he has been in solo practice for about 40 years. Mr. Yamamoto has been a contributor to CEB publications for over a dozen years in the both chapters and updates for many different publications. He has been a frequent speaker for Los Angeles County Bar Association seminars for court appointed counsel.
