David Lederman

David Lederman is dedicated to protecting children, assets, and quality of life during and after the divorce process. As a certified Specialist in Family Law with over 25 years of experience helping families in the San Francisco Bay Area, he is an insightful, technology-savvy lawyer known for creating the best strategic approach to handle each client’s case. Mr. Lederman has received numerous accolades and honors over the years. In 2019, he received the “Outstanding Service Award” from the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, as well as a “Super Lawyer” designation from Thomson Reuters. He is currently the Associate Technology Director for the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists (ACFLS) and served as Technology Director from 2016 to 2018, and then again from 2019 to 2021. Mr. Lederman served 2 terms as President for the Contra Costa Family Law Section and served as Chair of the State Bar Family Law Section. Mr. Lederman is a contributing editor for the CEB treatise, “Practice under the California Family Code,” and is a frequent writer and speaker on family law issues. His writing includes articles in the California Lawyers Association Family Law Section on practicing law and technology.
