Timothy Edward Warriner

Timothy Warriner handles criminal cases of the highest complexity in both state and federal court. His work includes cases at both the trial and appellate level. Mr. Warriner is also death penalty qualified. Mr. Warriner has been practicing criminal law for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, and the National Criminal Defense College. Mr. Warriner authors two chapters of CEB's “California Criminal Law: Procedure and Practice.” He is a member of the Anthony M. Kennedy American Inn of Court. Mr. Warriner is a certified by the State Bar as a Criminal Law Specialist.
