Helene Fransz represents developers of master planned communities in connection with developing and documenting project governance, as well as review of builder subdivision offering documentation. She also assists residential builders by preparing subdivision documents for use in sales to homebuyers. Ms. Fransz’s practice includes preparing documents required for filings with the Department of Real Estate. Ms. Fransz graduated, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and, summa cum laude, from Boston College. She has represented master developers and builders for many years. Ms. Fransz has been a CEB contributor since 2006 and was the original author of the master planned communities chapter in “Forming California Common Interest Developments.” She has also been a speaker for CEB and other continuing education providers.
