Darrell Vienna’s practice is limited to representation of licensees before the California Horse Racing Board. He has been representing horse owners, trainers, and jockeys before state and federal jurisdictions for 30 years. Educational History • BA from the University of California, Los Angeles • J.D. from Loyola Law Mr. Vienna has been a consultant to the California Horse Racing Board. He has also served as an elected representative of the California Thoroughbred Trainers. Mr. Vienna has presented POST lectures on evidence and hearing procedures. He has presented in CEB programs regarding administrative hearings before the California Horse Racing Board.
