Jose A. Mendoza is In-House Litigation Counsel with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Company. He has over 26 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions and litigation. Mr. Mendoza’s practice includes representing clients involving construction defects, real estate transaction disputes, professional liability, wrongful foreclosure, and business litigation. Mr. Mendoza received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1996. He received his BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Mendoza is an AV-rated attorney with Martindale Hubbell. He is also an advisor with the CLA Real Property Law Section (Executive Committee) and a member of California Association of Realtors' Legal Affairs Forum. Mr. Mendoza is an update author for the CEB Real Property Sales Transaction booklet on real estate broker laws and regulations. He has published articles and was a speaker for Rutter Group as well as CLA on various real estate topics.
