With 30 years of family law experience in Silicon Valley, Tanya Prioste has a fully out-of-court practice helping individuals and couples with their family law needs throughout the State of California. She works with couples and individuals when they are embarking on a new relationship with a premarital agreement or living together agreement; during the marriage with a marital agreement; or if the marriage ends in divorce. Ms. Prioste supports individuals and couples in their family transitions through mediation and collaborative processes, including process and strategy coaching. Ms. Prioste is a partner in the boutique family law firm Lakin Spears, a prominent firm in Silicon Valley since 1914. Ms. Prioste is a regular contributor to the learning community through authorship of articles and speaking engagements, covering a wide range of topics including collaborative premarital agreements, reimbursement issues, disclosure obligations, international move-away, and attorney fee requests.
