Mr. Hamilton has been an update author for Chapters 2, 7, 13, and 16 in CEB's “Special Needs Trusts: Planning, Drafting and Administration”; Chapters 8 and 18 in CEB's "California Decedent Estate Practice"; and Chapter 13 in CEB's "California Conservatorship Practice." He is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association, San Bernardino County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
