Paul Hoffman practices estate planning and administration for very large and complex matters. He has particular expertise in the entertainment industry, including film, television, and music. Mr. Hoffman has extensive experience with multi-state and multi-national matters. Mr. Hoffman received his BS in business and his MBA from UC Berkeley, and his JD from UCLA School of Law. He practiced with a large entertainment law firm from 1976 to 1981, and has been with Hoffman, Sabban & Watenmaker since 1981. Erin Louise Prouty

Erin Prouty is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law, including probate litigation. She has practiced in these areas since 1986. Ms. Prouty is a frequent lecturer on all aspects of probate and trust law, and is an Adjunct Professor at the USC Gould School of Law. Ms. Prouty is a earned her BA from the University of Southern California, J.D. from the University of San Diego, and LL.M. in Tax from Boston University. Ms. Prouty has received numerous honors such as Lawyer of the Year, voted by her peers as Trusts and Estates in Los Angeles County’s “Best Lawyers,” and is consistently named as a "Super Lawyer," (Thomson Reuters). She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
