Kelly L. Hinojosa’s practice focuses on all aspects of fiduciary, estate, trust, and conservatorship litigation, including trust and will contests; financial elder abuse; quiet title petitions; disputes between trustees or executors and beneficiaries; fiduciary accountings; and surcharge issues, as well as the mediation of disputes and some probate and trust administration. She also has experience in handling writs and appeals. As a result of her professional accomplishments, Ms. Hinojosa has been consistently selected as a Southern California “Rising Star” and "Super Lawyer" in Estate and Trust Litigation. Ms. Hinojosa received her BA in Communication Studies from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
