Susanne B. Cohen works with clients on estate & special needs planning, conservatorships & trust administration, and elder & dependent adult financial abuse litigation cases. Ms. Cohen’s interest, since starting out as a legal aid lawyer, has been helping people who are aging and people with disabilities to maintain optimum independence and quality of life. She assists their fiduciaries, families, and friends who provide them with support. Ms. Cohen received her BA from Vassar College and her J.D. from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. Ms. Cohen is an author for CEB and Matthew Bender, as well as a frequent presenter on topics in her practice areas.
