Lou Galuppo is the current chair for the Land Use committee for the Real Property section of California Lawyers Association. He teaches Real Estate Law, Ethics, and Public Policy at the University of San Diego. Mr. Galuppo has been published in the areas of Coastal, Energy, Housing, Development, and Land Economics. He has also interned/externed in the Superior Court and Court of Appeals in San Diego. Mr. Galuppo has worked in the fields of construction, lending, real estate brokerage, private syndications, development, teaching, and law. Mr. Galuppo has authored pieces in CEB, Real Estate Journal, firm blog, and news outlets regarding issues plaguing California's coastal properties and communities.
