Noreen Evans has 40 years of experience in civil litigation and appeals. Her current practice focuses on civil appeals and post-judgment proceedings. Ms. Evans is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court; the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California; and all courts in the state of California. Ms. Evans served 10 years in the California State Legislature and chaired the Senate Judicial Committee and the Committee on Banking and Finance. She is currently a partner in the Santa Rosa law firm of Evans Kingsbury LLP, specializing in civil appeals.
