Aashish Desai is a class action lawyer who has dedicated his career to fighting for employee and consumer rights throughout the nation. Mr. Desai has worked on both sides of the fence, initially with a prominent defense firm and then with a boutique class action group. He served as an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University School of Law from 2005 to 2006, teaching legal research and writing. Mr. Desai also worked as a judicial extern to the Hon. Francis Maloney of the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Dallas, Texas in 1995. Mr. Desai also attended the prestigious Musician's Institute for guitar in 1991 to 1992. He still plays lead guitar and sings for local cover bands, playing 60's, 70's, 80's, classic rock, and current pop music. Mr. Desai has also coached youth sports for years: AYSO Soccer (8 years); LR Flag Football (4 years); National Junior Basketball (4 years).
