Kristy Weis
Vice President/Principal Project Manager
Kristy Weis has over 20 years of experience in the environmental field, preparing documents in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for both private and public sector projects. As a principal project manager, she provides management and oversight of the preparation of environmental documents by others; advises public and private sector clients on CEQA processes and procedures; and prepares environmental documents required under CEQA. Ms. Weis recent experience with streamlining housing includes work the Middlefield Master Plan (City of Mountain View), Moffett Park Specific Plan (City of Sunnyvale), North Bayshore Master Plan (City of Mountain View), and numerous compliance checklist pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183. She has also prepared the environmental assessment for Election Code 9212 reports. Ms. Weis has a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from San Jose State University.
