Sally Curley is an accomplished 30+ year corporate executive, Board Director, published author, presenter, angel investor and successful CEO entrepreneur. She successfully built and led more than two dozen global investor relations (IR), governance engagement and corporate responsibility and sustainability programs for Fortune 500 companies such as Cardinal Health, and numerous smaller public and private companies. Ms. Curley has extensive expertise in risk assessment and governance as well as capital market strategy and execution for complex IPOs and spin-offs. She has been a diligence and integration team member in more than 50 divestitures and acquisitions. Ms. Curley is a confidante to Directors and C-suite; partner to facilitate leadership transition and manage crises, including shareholder activism with experience living and working abroad.
