Nancy Lubrano is a labor and employment law attorney experienced in defending employers with workforces in California against all types of employment claims. She has defended California employers against single plaintiff claims as well as multiparty and class action claims. Her practice strengths include navigating the procedural hurdles in class action litigation. After dedicating many years to her firm as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal since its inception, Ms. Lubrano obtained her J.D. from California Western School of Law. Her 14 plus years of practices have been dedicated solely to employment law. Ms. Lubrano has been consistently recognized by Super Lawyers, first as a Rising Star and later as a Super Lawyer. She regularly publishes articles and presents webinars on important employment law legal developments. Ms. Lubrano has contributed to the CEB Practitioner repeatedly, specifically to the employment practice area.
