Hannah Reed practices Federal Indian Law at California Indian Legal Services. Her practice includes representation of Indian Tribes in state court ICWA cases; representation of Tribes and tribal social services programs in tribal court; contract review and advisement; and drafting of Indian wills. Ms. Reed is barred in California state court and multiple tribal courts. Ms. Reed graduated from IU McKinney Law School in 2018 and has practiced law since 2018. She has prior work experience in child welfare and representing public agencies. Ms. Reed has presented a CEB presentation on Indian Will Drafting.
