Bruce Pence Law APC was founded in 2023 by Bruce A. Pence III and is headquartered in Los Osos, California. Mr. Pence has practiced exclusively in the estate planning arena for nearly a decade on California's Central Coast. His firm provides exceptional estate planning, trust administration, probate, and related services to the Central Coast at a reasonable price. Mr. Pence received his BA in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California, with certificates of concentration in Business Law and Water & Environmental Law. Prior to founding his own practice, he served as a judicial extern in the High Court of Uganda for six months. Mr. Pence then joined the estate planning department of Allen & Kimbell, LLP in Santa Barbara, California where he practiced for several years. Immediately prior to starting his own practice, he served as an associate attorney in the estate planning department of Mullen & Henzell, LLP in Santa Barbara, California. Mr. Pence has been licensed as a notary since 2016 and occasionally gives presentations on recent developments in the trust and estates arena.
