Summer Bridges has spearheaded the negotiation, preparation, and drafting of leases, lease addendum, and modifications and estoppels, for a portfolio with over 900,000 square feet of retail space for multiple types of business, including restaurants, office space, retail, fitness facilities, parking garages, among others. She has also: • Negotiated, reviewed, and drafted real estate development agreements after ensuring the construction was in accordance with the state's rules. • Tracked lease expirations and renewals. • Represented entity and assisted with ADA related issues for tenants and the landlord. • Worked with GFashion to ensure compliance of the Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) 21 U.S.C. 9. Ms. Bridges has assisted the companies with on ongoing supply chain challenges to create opportunities through negotiation and agreements to make the company's supply chain an asset and not a hurdle to overcome. She helped negotiate effective agreements, advising on complex laws and regulations, and performing comprehensive assessments of risks and opportunities related to the supply chain. Ms. Bridges prepared a detailed vendor vetting process to assist in mitigating potential supply chain issues before they arose by crafting and negotiating effective agreements, advising on complex laws and regulations, and performing comprehensive assessments of risks and opportunities. She drafted production and supply contracts for many growers, packers, co-packers, and processors to ensure compliance with most up-to-date federal and state food safety regulations. Ms. Bridges has also represented food industry clients and franchisee's in false advertising, product liability, and Prop 65 cases. She provided guidance to clients regarding recall procedures, liability, and compliance. Ms. Bridges assisted in recall of food process and procedure by creating a food recall preparedness and response plan and checklist to minimize liability.
